Dan Farrington

A proud third-generation Oregonian, Farrington was born and raised in Newport alongside his four brothers. His father owned a Ready-Mix Truck company, and his mother was deeply involved in their local school, instilling in him a strong work ethic, personal responsibility, and a love for community. Dan and his wife Linda, married for 28 years, live in Sublimity after raising their six children in South Salem.

As a former small business owner, an active member of his community, youth coach, father and husband, Dan will bring to the Oregon State House  a commonsense approach to growing Oregon’s economy, increasing public safety, and ensuring proper rural healthcare and education services are provided.  As your next representative, he’ll work to provide opportunities, hold our elected officials accountable, protect our community, limit government expansion, and help Oregonians succeed without government getting in the way.
